Engineered for attention. Crafted for legacy.
A two-phase agency engagement that fixes the current asset base, then runs six integrated workstreams to build product awareness and issuer credibility without crossing the securities-promotion line.
BBLC has real technology in InfernoGrid and Capistral, but the public record is mixed with ticker-focused commentary, outdated AI search results, and collateral that treats securities regulators' marks as technology partners.
Three problems we solve. First, the current asset base needs triage before any paid spend can run safely: the deck, releases, web properties, and disclosure calendar all carry compliance or accuracy risk. Second, product marketing and investor relations are bleeding into each other, which exposes BBLC and any agency to Section 17(b) and the OTC Markets promotion flag. Third, there is no repeatable engine for product content, earned media, and AI-search visibility.
A channel program separates the two. Product marketing runs through InfernoGrid and Capistral. Corporate and investor communications stay organic, counsel-reviewed, and separate from paid distribution. The result is faster, safer growth.
Paid distribution of content about products is ordinary marketing and is unregulated. Paid distribution of content about the security is stock promotion. Every channel below is scoped to the first and excluded from the second.
Four weeks, fixed fee. Nothing in the core program is safe to run until these items are resolved.

Reputation building. We do not suppress accurate critical information. We correct demonstrably false statements of fact and publish enough legitimate, accurate, authoritative content that the true picture is what ranks and what AI systems retrieve. Deliverables: monthly top-20 search and AI-search audit, correction log with source outreach, and a publication schedule for accurate content.
Site and creative buildouts. Included in the content and triage work: copy passes and remediation specs for infernogrid.com, capistral.com, and the BBLC corporate landing page; a Capistral sales deck; an investor one-pager; and social creative templates. Photography, video production, and paid stock licensing are excluded.

Weekly. Status email with pacing dashboard, upcoming deliverables, and any blockers.
Bi-weekly. 30-minute sync to review creative, campaign performance, and compliance questions.
Monthly. Formal written report covering every workstream, media spend, earned-media links, AI-search scorecard, and the next-month plan.
Ad-hoc. Same-day Slack or Teams channel for urgent reviews and counsel coordination.
Both packages require Phase 0. Fees are agency retainers; paid media, wire upgrades, and premium placements are pass-through spend scoped and approved separately.
The retainer covers strategy, writing, pitching, and standard wire distribution. Earned-media placements, sponsored features, and premium wire tiers are pass-through costs. A single placement in a tier-one publication can run into six figures, so we scope every press spend with a pre-approved budget and never charge it to the retainer.
| Package | Included workstreams | Monthly retainer |

Payment. Phase 0: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery. Core program: 50% at start of month 1, 50% at start of month 2. Month 3+ continues on the selected monthly retainer. Press and premium placements require pre-approved pass-through budget before execution.
Scope boundaries. Included: the deliverables listed in each workstream, counsel-review coordination, and monthly reporting. Excluded: securities counsel fees, PCAOB audit support, OTC Markets fees, third-party wire distribution beyond ACCESS Newswire US Premium, photography or video licensing, translation, and any paid placement or sponsored feature not explicitly scoped and pre-approved.
Days 1-30 (Phase 0). Corporate deck and press releases remediated; four web properties audited and remediation spec delivered; live disclosure calendar in place; promotion audit complete; OTCQB gap analysis board-ready.
Days 31-60 (Core program start). Content engine live with first benchmarks, docs, and guides; paid campaigns launched to product domains; first product press release distributed; AI-search baseline established; weekly reporting begins.

This program gives BBLC a defensible marketing engine: accurate public records, verifiable product content, earned media, and paid distribution that stays on the product side of the line.
Next step: confirm scope and provide source materials (corporate records, approved fact sheets, existing deck and release library, and current ad-account access). We begin Phase 0 the following business day.
